Chailce House
Bindon Design Group was asked to design a series of 500m2, 300m2 and 200m2 villas in several New Zealand styles to compliment the 5- star resort and golf course in Yangpu Bay, Peoples’ Republic of China.
Each villa designed to maximize views of the golf course and sea vistas with decks off each bedroom where possible. Living and Dining rooms to provide a good flow between indoors and outdoors with good cross ventilation for a warm tropical climate. Large overhangs or sunshades were required to limit the exposure to the sun.
