Hing House
Commissioned to provide a feasibility study on the best possible return on an undeveloped Birkenhead section this project quickly began to take shape with a concept that considered all aspects of the district plan. The solution involved the design of two stand alone townhouses and a minor unit attached to the back of a heritage building. Where every action had a reaction, the solution was a modern recta-linear compact design that met all aspects of the clients brief.
