Bindon Design Group Ltd was commissioned to provide architectural services to renovate a tired coastal clifftop home that had been exposed to severe climatic conditions. The brief included adding a master bed, ensuite and separate living area for extended family while retaining the outdoor lap pool and alfresco setting. Cladding selections were cedar weatherboards with Schist veneer on cavity, hardwood decking, aluminium joinery and concrete tiled roof.
